  • 1 beetroot
  • 1,5 banana
  • 1.5 kiwi
  • 1 orange
  • Squeez of lemon
  • pinch of hemp seed
  • 250 milliliters soy milk.

 

Coocking manual

Cut all fruits and vegetables into fine pieces. Place the fruit and vegetables in the blender and add 250 ml of soy milk. Once everything is in the blender, all you have to do is blend it.
