Veggie Vibes is an organic food delivery service based in San Diego County. We deliver our food locally once a week every Thursday and ship overnight all over the US, including Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
Our dishes and menu items are composed using the best local, organic and ripe ingredients. We love using our veggies right from the farm; our produce doesn’t just have the most beneficial nutritional and healing properties but it also complements a sustainable life style.
The Veggie Vibes menu is completely plant based, free from gluten, any artificial ingredients or highly processed flours or sugars. We only use organic first cold pressed olive oil, organic raw coconut oil, dates, raw organic coconut sugar and raw organic agave nectar.
Most of our produce comes from local organic farmers and our menu is a combination of gourmet raw/living cuisine, soups, salads, desserts, fresh smoothies, juices, power shakes, raw snacks and raw dehydrated items.
Our food is about 95% organic; some of our produce comes from very small farmers that have excellent clean produce but are not “organic certified”
We know our farmers personally and take pride in carefully selecting the ingredients we use, we can tell by the color, texture, aroma and vibrancy the quality of the produce we then use in our kitchen creations every day.
We are honored to serve to a community that cares about the well-being of humanity and the planet.
Our clients understand the commitment we have with our craft, living food preparation is a laborious but fun process we enjoy, and it is the appreciation from our clients that inspires us to keep creating new dishes, tantalize palates and put smiles on people’s faces 🙂
Thanks so much for your loving testimonials and thanksfor letting us be a part
of your positive way of living!
Creator of Veggie Vibes
Hello friends! Let me tell you a little bit about who I am and what I do 🙂
My biggest interest has always been nature, in all her beautiful forms. Working with living foods has given me the chance to explore nature in unlimited flavorful ways. How I see it, it is in the marriage of contemplation of gorgeous produce grown organically and appreciation for the abundance of the land that brings to life the creative aspects to develop food with high vibrancy, tuned in like harmonious music for the ears, that feels good, is nourishing, clean and constantly transforming our human form.
Creating food with healing and igniting characteristics is a commitment with nature to me, like the ocean waves, food created harmoniously has a defined frequency. I like to believe that what we do here at Veggie Vibes is much more than just food; it is like a dance between the perfection of nature and our humble effort to emulate it 🙂
I discovered gourmet raw foods in 2005. Since then I have worked in several raw food restaurants including Good Mood Foods in Huntington Beach, Cilantro Live in San Diego, and I was also creating living dishes for Rancho’s Vegetarian Cuisine raw-food deli in North Park and later on I was a raw chef at Google headquarters in Mountain View, San Jose, CA.
I believe that the love and the vibes that we put into each creation is what makes life special. Raw foods are colorful and radiant! I love to play with the aliveness of food. It feels like magic to me, like a dance of pure vibrations.
When I’m in my kitchen flow, waves of fine tuned energy transform these vibrant ingredients into the weekly creations you see on our main page.
I have self rediscovered myself many times in this path that now lead me to Veggie Vibes, it has been an honor to serve to such quality individuals in San Diego and around the US. I contemplate with appreciation where I am at now and looking forward with excitement and curiosity to see what the next adventure will be, in the mean time… cheers and bone appetite! 🙂
